1. What is the delivery time for orders in UAE?

Standard delivery time is 1–2 working days after dispatch. External situations such as political protests or national events may affect timelines.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to 150+ countries worldwide. For international orders, please DM us on Instagram @gothed.official. All international orders are prepaid.

3. Will the item restock?

No, we do not restock sold-out items. All pieces are released in limited quantities and are never restocked once sold out.

4. Do you offer Sale Offers?

We offer pre-booking sales before official launches. Afterward, launch sales are held, followed by a steady increase in prices for upcoming batches. Secure products early when available.

5. What is your return and exchange policy?

We do accept returns/refunds. Every product undergoes strict QC. If a defect appears, contact us within 24 hours at contact@gothed.org to request an exchange. Exchanges may take 15–20 days. Original packaging is required.

6. How do I find the right size?

7. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we are only accepting CASH ON DELIVERY at the moment as our payment method.

Currently, we do not operate any physical outlet in UAE.
